Weekly Time Card

Enter daily hours and unpaid break minutes for each day worked.

Short answer

For each day, enter total hours (e.g. 8.5 for 8h 30m) and any unpaid break minutes. The tool sums paid hours across the week and shows daily averages.

Daily hours

Indicative result

Enter at least one day

Add hours to one or more days.

How it works

Each day's paid hours = recorded hours − (break minutes ÷ 60). The week total is the sum across all days.

Worked example

Mon-Fri 8h with 30 min break each → 7.5h × 5 = 37.5 paid hours.

Who should use this

  • Hourly workers
  • Shift workers checking pay
  • Managers approving timesheets

Common mistakes

  • ×Entering hours and minutes mixed (use decimal: 8.5 not 8.30)
  • ×Double-counting a paid break
